BA Degrees of Success Case Study
The Bromely-by-Bow Centre / University of East London’s innovative social enterprise BA degree programme, Degrees of Success, held a late afternoon networking event in February. The event aimed to provide a forum for the degree programme’s students and local social enterprises and entrepreneurs to meet and learn from one another’s experiences.
Flavour Gateway was approached to provide a finger buffet for the event’s 40 guests. A diverse menu was prepared including lemon & parsley chicken skewers, spinach & aubergine pakoras and mini BLT rolls, complete with Flavour Gateway’s famous chocolate dipped strawberries and cakes.
Genefer Victorin, Degrees of Success Project Manager was delighted with the outcome: “The food was lovely and the students’ first comment was that having a variety was a welcomed change”.
